Scammed me out of money to stop foreclosure.

I contacted this attorney for help to stop a foreclosure on my mother's house. I was on the deed and deed of trust. This was 12/11. My mother died May 6, 2011. I paid him $3995.00 to handle my case. I started out working with Ike Fields and I was told they could help us. When they took the last... payment everybody stop communicating with me. They sent me information for another client her personal information. I called for help and it my opinion he worked with the bank (GMAC) in order to allow them to take the house. The person who bought the house told me he wish he had known what was going on he could have helped me to keep the house. Rabel spoke very ugly to me when he finally spoke and a lot his workers stopped working for him. I was very hurt because I sold my home and my mother sold her home in order for us to live together so I could be there at night to help her. This was very hurtful for me because my husband died 2 days before my mother. This attorney should have been discipline back then. He should not have gotten away for scamming people out of their money nor their home but he might have got away with his wrong doings but I knew he couldn't continue to hurt people like he has done. I put all my mother in that home. The city court house where we live kept telling me something is wrong with the way they are handling this case. This is why I hire Rabal !! In my opinion he should never be hire to practice law. I wish I could get my money back because he only lied to me and my family!! We are still struggling and paying a higher rent than the mortgage we were paying. If there is any help we still could get I would appreciate it!!
