People v. Douglas Warney

Outcome: Wrongfully conviction vacated, defendant released

Description: Together with the Innocence Project we were successful in obtaining Mr. Warney's release 10 years after his wrongful murder conviction after DNA testing identified the true killer who then confessed to the murder. Currently suing the city, county, and individual district attorneys on Mr. Warney's behalf.
