About me

Jim is a Partner at Greene & Reid, PLLC, and is recognized as a New York Super Lawyer.  Jim began his career as a trial attorney with The Legal Aid Society of New York City, in the Brooklyn office of the Criminal Defense Division, where he represented thousands of the poorest New Yorkers accused of crimes. Jim then served as a speechwriter, Senior Staff member, and Assistant Counsel to Governor Mario M. Cuomo in the Executive Chamber in Albany. Jim returned to his hometown of Syracuse to practice civil trial law, where he has successfully represented hundreds of injured claimants in motor vehicle, product liability, medical malpractice, and general negligence claims.
