Lopez v. Robinson

Case Conclusion Date: 01.26.2006

Practice Area: Appeals

Outcome: Successfully defended mother's result.

Description: Mother had obtained a modification of custody because father had failed to engage in visitation and had alcohol and drug abuse problems. Father countered that Mother's living situation was not in the child's best interests. I was able to convice the Appellate Division that the Family Court had correctly analyzed the situation and that it would be better for the child if Mother exercised sole custody.
