Very bad service! almost didn't close because of their poor service ( my real estate saved us). you never get to talk to the lawyer and the "helpers" are always quitting and the ones who stay are rude... after we closed i got bills who should have been found by the lawyer's office ( contacted lawyers office and tittle company and not everything is searched by the tittle, the lawyers office has the responsability to search a couple of things and in my case didn't) .... after contacting them the answer was that they couldn't do anything for me....
If you hire them don't expect to be safe! just save your money....

Michele R. Messina and her team were with me every step of the way on my home purchase. They were prompt with email responses and always picked up the phone when I called. I must say Michele and her staff were very professional and polite every step of the way. I would definitely use her again and will recommend her.

Michele Messina is tenacious, incredibly intelligent, and professional. Buying or selling a home is stressful and emotions can run high so often times if people do not get a response back right away from this office they get anxious. I must agree with some of the other posts that her staff can come across aggressive and rude but I never experienced that personally (just by hearing only one side of the conversation while waiting in the office). However, when I had my initial meeting with Michele when I was purchasing my house, I asked her up front about her responsiveness and the process of communication and what I should expect. She was upfront and honest and I knew what to expect and the transaction went well with the closing. I do think she is extremely busy but I support women businesses and I think she is in a tough market. It's like any relationship, they take time, ability to build trust, faith, patience, mercy and understanding. I am going to use her again to sell my house and I would recommend her.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT USE THEM!! They NEVER call you back or keep you informed of what is going on. They are RUDE when they even pick up the phone when you call before they even know who it is they Yell "LAW OFFICE" into the receiver and gasp everytime like your bothering them and your a pain in the a$$. They try to intimidate with how they speak to you to get you off the phone they do not want to be bothered point blank!! How dare they treat clients this way. Completely and utterly unprofessional staff. Forget about speaking to the actual Lawyer it NEVER happens.

Very disappointed that my inspector who was very good recommended this attorney. There basically is no attorney. This is a contract farm. They take your money, print your contract and do virtually nothing else. They provide no service, no communication no council. When I have spoken with Michelle. She tells me she's going to look into things but never does and never calls back. It is neglectful and it is rude and if she was truly knowledgable, she would not need to go on sabatacle to give me informed legal council. For the limited scope of this service, you could hire a less expensive attorney who only gets paid if you close. Michelle actually raised her price! Run away people! You are not cattle and you do not have to be herded through this office!

What a big help Michele Messina was in my case. I had another attorney and he completely screwed up my short sale and almost lost my buyers. I was then referred to Michele by my realtor who got a handle on my case and saved this deal from falling apart. She got my short sale approved by my lender and we were able to close on my house. Michele and her staff were very caring with me and my situation. Big thanks to her for all her help.

Michele Messina is tenacious, incredibly intelligent, and professional. However, I probably won't recommend her services nor have her represent me in the future. She gets a lot of first-time home buyers by doing presentations for non-profits specializing in helping the first-time home-buyer. I imagine that most of those deals are pretty easy, but I honestly think she has too many clients to devote a lot of time to some of the more difficult cases, which was mine. I rarely felt like my case was a priority. I felt like I needed to call them every day to get some movement and/or information about my case, especially when we were getting into contract and then trying to get my $5K deposit back, which was a total nightmare. The deal fell through and I didn't get my money back for over a year. This was disappointing and often frustrating. However, I can see why she is so popular. She knows her stuff and works hard to protect her clients. Just don't expect any communication.

Terrible attorney all around. She claims to have 18 year experience - it's like one of these students that go to school for many years and multiple degrees, but spend most of the time sleeping or spacing out in class. She has absolutely nothing to offer. Stay away.
