Knew Frank and his wife and mother and this is sad but true.

We were close friends with Franks' mother and socialized with both. I hired Frank to handled some traffic tickets for my son. And he ripped me off. Lawyers do pay fines and handle all aspects of some cases. But I discovered that Frank charged me for handling tickets that the fines had been alre...ady paid. When I confronted him and tried to get my money back he played dumb and so because of our relationship with his mother, dropped it. Still I'm sad what happened to him but he did it to himself. We are truly sad for his mother.

Used Frank many times. Best lawyer in Nassau County

I have had over 10 cases over the years and Frank handled every one of them. I have no clue what people are talking about but they are prob bitter and pissed because they got caught doing a crime so they need to lie and post it on the internet. I can say Frank never asked for much money to represen...t me. And every case I had he got resolved to my liking. The worst outcome was a court fine. And I had several cases that I was charged with felonies. Also why would anyone give money to your attorney for a fine or judgment? Sounds very fishy to me. You pay the court cashier. The judge tells you how much the fine is, asks you when you will pay it, and tells you where to pay it. Attorneys CANT pay fines for clients. Neither can anyone else. The defendant must pay in person. Thats the rules. So funny that people post a complaint FOUR years after they used Frank. Why didnt you complain 4 years ago? LOL Obviously its a bogus comment.

Do not hire this unethical lawyer!

I hired Guy Allen on July 2013 for a DWI case. He said everything was going to be fine he won’t let me go to jail. Little did I know Guy Allen was not going to represent me at court but this guy I never meet his name Frank Adiprieto. The case lasted about 17 months. On April 2013 Frank took me to th...e stairway to isolated me from other people, he told me my case was going to be close that day and that he needed $895.00 cash to pay for the fine. I wanted to finish my case so I gave $900.00 to him. The case did not close that day but he kept the money .I ask repeatedly for a receipt or my money back with no avail. He kept lying to me about my case and my money. Frank did nothing to defend me in court. My case closed on December 2014. I got the worst case scenario, I even spend a couple of days in jail something he knew about it but did not tell me until the last minute when I was about to get handcuffed. As for my money, I haven’t heard anything about it.

Franky Tomorrow (That never comes0

I went to Mr. Adipietro about four years ago for my case. He kept telling me the case was going to be settled - that he got the Bronx D.A. involved and brought me to the office twice while they knew nothing of the matter. He also said he had police officers on standby to arrest my partners, who my ...case was going against, which I found out to be false - there were no cops on standby. His new BS story was that he found a firm that buys cases for a third of their outcome and its been coming to me tomorrow everyday since January now. I don't get how someone like this possesses a law degree and acts in such an unprofessional manner breaking just about every ethical code there is. He also refused to return any documents I have signed and also committed multiple acts of forgery. This is totally not right and I am disgusted to see how many people have had similar experiences at the hands of Mr. Adipietro in the past, but hope that he is eventually disbarred from his practice because he has robbed, cheated, and lied to so many people - not just criminals but people who were in trouble and needed legal assistance that paid him for it. Do not use this lawyer (it makes me cringe to even call him that because he isn't a criminal attorney - he is a criminal posing as an attorney)

REVIEW

I'm in the process of taking a legal action against this "lawyer". This person was hired by my relative for my case. He asked for half of his payment, assuring us the case is week and will be won. During the second court visit he said "I took care of everything". He adjourned the date and immidiately... asked for the rest of the payment, telling us the case will be closed during the next visit. Unfortunately, we paid. He began adjourning the case time after time, telling us "I guarantee the case will be closed next time....and the next time...and the next". At some point he said he made a deal - I have to do 35 hours of community service and all is done. Turns out he lied. There was never such a deal made with DA. I did my service for no reason. He also sent me 4 times to DMV, saying he got me my license back. I went four times. Turns out he lied. He never did ANYTHING. HE NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP TO MY HEARING, as I found out from my new attorney, who got my records. The case lasted 13 months until I had to switch my lawyer. He lied through his teeth all that time.
