I was referred to Neil after I was in an accident. I have never heard of such a patient attorney. He answered my calls, personally, and even on the weekends at any given time. He really gave me the attention I needed. My case was resolved quickly, too. I recommend Neil, to anyone who needs a great attorney they can trust.

We were having difficulty with our mortgaging provider and would not have known how to handle the situation without major input from Neil. From explaining the different scenarios , to walking us through any processes, to keeping us totally informed, Neil is the best we could hope for. HIGHLY recommended.

I STRONGLY recommend this Attorney! Neil Weissman is the only Attorney I have been satisfied with. He is everything you need or want from your Attorney. He actually returns phone calls and cares about his clients! Whenever possible he answers his own phone,including evenings and weekends. My tenant was harassing me on a Sunday and I was able to talk to Neil. Try finding someone else to do that. He had my tenant evicted and was knowledgable regarding the ins and outs of the Court system. This Attorney got the job done right!!

Terrible experience. He delayed my tenant eviction case by 6 months. He charged $1200 and indicated he would show up to court, but he never did. He accepts cases throughout N. Y but he does not have the knowledge of the laws in different parts of New York ( 5 boroughs). He sends his junior lawyers and clerks to represent him and these guys have limited knowledge when questioned by the judge . Do not use this guy, make sure you get a contract because he will continue to charge you after each court visit. Give him a credit card so you can dispute the charges when he fails to show up to court. I found this guy online, what a mistake. The judge dismissed my case 2 x because he failed to file it correctly

I suffered a severe injury while I was working on the job due to my boss's negligence. Since I used to work for a big corporation I didn't know if I'd ever really get the money I deserved. Neil Weissman wasn't afraid to stand up for me and get me the money I was entitled to and more. Now I won't have to worry about my medical expenses while I am out of work. Neil you are really a life saver! Thanks so much for making this difficult time for me slightly easier.
