Caryn S Luntz

Carlyn Luntz from Westchester Real Property Tax Reductions, Inc. called my 78 year old mother about obtaining a property tax assessment which we already had done by another lawyer because Caryn S Luntz took over a year, only to respond with a letter on 3/7/2011 stating that the house had to be reins...pected before 3/24/2011 court date. After my mother told her she was no longer interested in her services she became very pushy and rude, my mother is from Japan and her English is her second language and was very upset after the phone call with Caryn S Luntz. I called on my mothers behalf the following day to explain to Caryn S Luntz that we were not interested in her services at which point Caryn S Luntz became very upset and proceeded to call me stupid. I tried to explain to her that we already had the asessment done and that I am calling on behalf of my mother at which point she called me ignorant.
