Adam represented me in a workman's comp personal injury case. From day one he was honest and understanding but didn't "sugar coat" reality. It was a long 4 year process and throughout this time Adam and his staff were always available to answer any questions I had. Although we were able to settled out of court (my decision) Adam was extremely prepared with numerous exhibits that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Adam and his team!
A car was being stolen out of the parking lot of my employment. It struck me and ran me over. I suffered fractures in my left leg. After I was released from the hospital, Adam visited me at my home. He was thorough and explained my options very clearly to me and my family. He was great every step of the way and answered every question I had throughout the process quickly. Adam went to bat for me. We successfully received settlement. I'd recommend Adam to anyone. I consider Adam a friend and someone I can trust with any legal advise needed.
Adam listened to the events that led to my injuries. He decided that the slip-fall accident was caused by contractors not performing their responsibilities properly and fully. There was no hesitation in his accepting the case. He handled every step of the way professionally and courteously. He realized that I had never been involved in a law suit before and "held my hand" to lead me step-by-step through the legal process until a final decision was made. Adam was forthright in presenting my case, and dedicated to providing the best legal advice in my behalf.
Please accept my thanks for your professionalism, integrity and communication. I was referred to you by Catherine Brown, Esq., who doesn't practice tort law. My case is still in progress, but you have already shown that - even when the case is not desperate enough to anticipate a huge dollar win - you give your client your all. Having practiced law in another state for some years myself, I salute you.
My case took nearly 5 years to finally get to court. It also wasn't a multi million dollar case. Adam treated me as if it were. He was always responsive to any question I had. Not just with perfunctory answers but he really took the time to help me understand what was going on.
Not to say that his pretrial work was less than spectacular, but witnessing the way he worked in the courtroom was amazing. The way he got me to explain my side of the case so that there was no doubt what happened and how it affected me was masterful.
Of course we worked together and he prepared me for what was going to happen on the witness stand. What I found to be really amazing was the way he handled the opposition's expert witness. The way Adam was able to bring out the weakness in their side of the case by using his testimony was perfect.
In general, I was nervous going into court. But watching Adam work put me at ease. Though there are no guarantees, as the case went on I felt that Adam have me the best chance at winning. I thanked him as we were waiting for the jury to return. I knew he did a great job and glad he was on my side. Of course it all depends on results and winning proved I had the best.
Adam was our attorney for our daughter when she was bit by a dog. He was very compassionate, empathetic and reassuring. We were very satisfied with the settlement he reached for us.
Adam represented me in a personal injury case and I couldn't have been more pleased with the way he managed the proceedings. His attention to detail is second to none, he kept me informed every step of the way as to what was transpiring, and he pursued every avenue in getting me the best settlement possible. In fact, the opposing attorney said "That's the most I ever paid" for an injury of my nature. The case was especially difficult because it involved a state agency, and Adam was very forthright about how hard it would be to bring about a favorable result. And when it came time to make important decisions, he gave me all the facts, answered my questions, and let me make up my own mind about how to proceed. The final result exceeded my every expectation. You can't go wrong with Adam representing you.
Adam represented my interests after I was injured in a car accident. At our first meeting he told me what I should expect through out the entire process regarding my medical care / bills. Once I provided him with the documents he requested, I was presented with various options to proceed with and we chose a plan. It was abundantly obvious he was experienced and confident in his vision for me. From that day I knew what to expect, and when I had a question or concern he promptly replied and handled the arisen situation immediately. My anxiety about the entire case was at ease knowing that I was in good hands.
When my daughter was attacked by a Great Diane, Adam saw us through it all every step of the way and helped us set things up for her college education. Then in the same year my son was hit by a car and Adam once again came through for us. What can I say, words pale to compare the professional service, compassion, and understanding we received.

I'm extremely glad I went with Mr. Rothenberg. He assisted my mother several years ago and she was pleased with his help. My mother was very fond of Mr. Rothenberg and appreciated everything he did for her. As for myself, I feel the same way and if I were to ever need an injury attorney again, I would not hesitate to call him again.
