About Me

Kelly, Trinity & Farsiou, LLC is a boutique litigation firm.  I concentrate my practice on employment law for employers (companies) and commerical law.  Before beginning my own practice, I worked in large New Jersey law firms, a national employment law firm, and had a firm with a partner, who retired in 2012.  My big firm practice provided great experience and an opportunity to develop my legal skills.  My own practice helped me hone my client relationship skills.  I love having my own firm where I can really concentrate on client service, tailor my services to individual clients' needs and afford my clients flexibilty.   Having my own boutique firm allows me to put clients first and to be very responsive.  My client model is centered on personal service and partnering with our clients to achieve their business objectives.  At Kelly, Trinity & Farsiou, we take the time to get to know our clients, their company cultures, and business goals.  We keep these important attributes in mind when we plan legal strategy and counsel clients on their legal needs.

As a business owner and employer, I am tuned in to the needs and pressure points that my clients experience.  I value each and every client and know that when my clients come to me they are entrusting me with their problems and concerns.  I know that clients have an array of attorneys to choose from to service their legal needs.  So, I strive to be worthy of the confidence and trust my clients place in me.
