Mr. Jones has been practicing law since 1999 and is admitted in all the New Jersey Courts including the Federal District Court and the Federal 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2006, Mr. Jones was admitted to practice and argue before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Jones began his legal career with Schibell & Mennie, LLC and primarily practiced Municipal Court and Indictable Criminal Defense, trying many cases to conclusion.
In October, 2001 Mr. Jones joined Edmund P. Glasner, Esq. where he gained experience in Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Business Law/Litigation and Consumer Fraud matters. Mr. Jones also became an Assistant Prosecutor in several Ocean County towns.
In 2005, Mr. Jones joined Citta, Holzapfel, Zabarsky and Simon. There Mr. Jones developed a greater role as a Municipal Prosecutor, serving in 27 towns in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Mr. Jones also represented various county and local governmental entities. Mr. Jones left the Citta firm in April, 2008 to join Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm & Must.
In May, 2009 Mr. Jones opened his own Firm. Mr. Jones focuses on Workers' Compensation Law, Personal Injury Law, Municipal Court Defense, Business Law/Litigation, General Litigation, Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Wills, Estates and Matrimonial Services.
