John E Collins

Mr. Collins concentrates his practice in the areas of education law and employment law. He representsnumerous school districts throughoutNew Jerseyin all areas affecting their operation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Collins served as Assistant Counsel for the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA). During that time, he appeared in the Superior Court-Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of the Association in many landmark cases which had statewide impact for local school districts. Prior to Parker McCay, Mr. Collins had his own practice inMountHolly for ten yearswhere he gained extensive experience in personal injury, employment discrimination, matrimonial, criminal, workers' compensation and sports law. In 1994, Mr. Collins merged his practice with Carroll and Weiss in Lawrenceville, which ultimately merged with Parker McCay in 2000.
