I have been a client of Alan's for 24 years. Alan has handled the filing of my business when it was started, liscencing agreements, wills, real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, all with professionalism and expertise. All of my business associates that are also clients of Alan's continually praise the work he has done for them. I have personally known Alan for several years and sought his legal advice and counsel on many occasions. Alan and his firm offer a wide breadth of legal work (although they do have a significant healthcare practice). When working with Alan, you will find him to be very personable and he always makes you feel as though you are the most important matter on his plate. To me one of Alan's most important attributes is that he has exceptional business judgment and insight. He considers all aspects of the issues on hand to help you arrive at a well thought out resolution, to whatever the situation may be, that makes good business sense. To find an attorney with a combination of practical insightful business sense, strong legal skills, strategically minded and a down to earth approach is a rare find - I would highly recommend that you speak with Alan on any legal and/or business matters that you may be considering.
