we asked Bob to represent us on a case against our landlord pertaining a lease disbute. He said that it would be easy and shouldnt take long. He took FOREVER! over the span of 7 months, never returning emails on time, always sending us bills right away and doing his own work he charged us $6000 for going to a mediator once and claiming he did a lot of work. Second time we asked him to do work to resign a lease, he is supposed to draft up a lease to have the landlord look at and then we get together, agree and sign off, THEN he would get paid but instead he was asking for the money without even showing us a lease or sitting down. never again!

Robert Joseph Jeney II’s response: “I have not represented any tenant with whom I attended mediation. I have also never charged a tenant $6,000.00. I challenge this person to provide the case docket number and county in which it was allegedly filed. I also challenge this person to contact me to discuss this review.”

When I recieved two summonses from Warren Township, Mr Jeney showed up and did nothing ! The deal that he arranged was WORSE than the deal the prosecutor offered me on my last appearence. definately one of the worst wastes of money Ive ever made.

Robert Joseph Jeney II’s response: “I have only represented one client in Warren Township Municipal Court in the past 10-15 years. The client I did represent continues to be a repeat and satisfied client. I challenge the person who posted this review to provide the summons number or, contact me directly to discuss this review.”
  • Delaying is his only strategy

He was eager to take on my case and my money. After receiving his retainer, he was quick to offer me a plea deal despite my refusal to do so. The only strategy this attorney is capable of is delaying with the hopes that you, as his client, will take a plea deal. With legal work like this, who needs an attorney? I would've been better off taking a deal directly from the prosecutor and saving my money rather than wasting it on Mr. Jeney. Overall, a lazy attorney who offers little legal skills in exchange for hefty retainers.
