I have been successfully practicing law in the fields of commercial litigation, construction law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for over 30 years. Martindale-Hubbell has awarded me its highest rating as an AV-lawyer. I have been recognized as a "New England Superlawyer" by Superlawyers Magazine. For many years, I have served on the Board of Directors of the Hartford County Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Construction Law Section. I have served as the Senior Editor of the Section's "Construction Law Review" for several years. I am an adjunct instructor in the "Legal Process" course at the University of Connecticut Law School, where I have taught since 2005.

Mark Rosenblum is a top notch arbitrator. We selected Mark as an arbitrator and he quickly brought both sides together to agree on a structure for the arbitration. He carefully, yet forcefully, kept the parties on track and headed toward resolution. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark as an arbitrator for both complex construction and other matters. Likewise, Mark is cognizant of the costs of arbitration and that also makes him a good choice for smaller matters because he can handle them without breaking the bank.
