Donald Reed Nary II

Mr. Nary came to my home to consult with my elderly Mother In Law regarding a Guardianship case that she had started but needed a lawyer to represent her case. Mr. Nary informed her that there was a 10 day window of time to respond to the judicial procedure of this case and that he would prepare the... papers necessary to complete the procedure. He took all of her papers that she had prepared including witness statements and said that he would contact her within a few days. The following week he made an appointment with her to go to her home to get some papers signed by her. He did not show up for this appointment and no phone call. She has been calling his office and his personal phone number that he gave to her and has left messages with the secretary and on the phone for the past 4 weeks with no return phone calls. She has stated on these messages that she needs her paperwork back in order to proceed with her case with another attorney because obviously he has decided not to represent her. He has not returned any of her calls. I have also called his office to ask for these papers back with no response back. This has been the most unprofessional conduct of a lawyer that I have ever encountered. I am very disappointed in his conduct in this matter and will make a complaint with the NH Bar Association.
