This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

Your best friend when you face your worst enemy

If you spend long enough in the workforce, sooner or later you will find yourself on the receiving end of an unfortunate situation on the job. Whether by malice, pure stupidity, or the broad swath of that particualr Venn diagram that overlaps proudly, someone will prove to you that no good deed goes ...unpunished for long. Fortunately, when you hire Judi Miller, no evil deed you've suffered will go unpunished either. I can't say too much about my own particular situation thanks to the terms of the settlement Judi got for me, and of course the language in the agreement made it clear that neither party was to assume that they prevailed; suffice it to say, from the perspective of the other party involved, it's hard to write a check with that many zeroes on it and feel like you are winning, unless perhaps you are at an art auction. Which they were not. Judi Miller is an excellent attorney, bringing depth of experience and passion for helping her clients to the table in a refreshingly BS-free manner. She is a tireless champion of the bastard-trodden and posessor of encyclopedic knowledge of state and federal employment law - exactly the person you want in your corner when the time comes to lawyer up. Judi knows your rights as an employee or contractor and will fight for them without reservation. I highly recommend her services and have, in fact, referred others to her directly. Whatever your circumstances, Judi Miller will explain your options clearly and will advise you on the best course of action to achieve the result you desire. If you then elect to trust her with the responsibility of pursuing said result, I have all confidence that you will get there sooner than you anticipated. Give Judi a call today. She won't charge you for a consultation; she will listen to the facts of your situation and will invite you in to discuss further if she feels that you potentially have a case. Charging for consultations is the telltale calling card of an attorney who doesn't know how to choose good cases or doesn't mind taking money from people who are already down on their luck - or both. None of that nonsense from Judi. Cheers.

Excellent Attorney

Judi is a fantastic attorney. Judi will stay in communication with you, tell you exactly how it is and what needs to be done. If you're looking for representation regarding an employer complaint, there's no better attorney than Judith Miller

Great lawyer and person!

Judith Miller did a fantastic job and I have no complaints whatsoever. She took an interest when no one else would and followed through flawlessly. She stood up for all of us and really cared about our case from the very beginning. I remember being extremely nervous before meeting her as I've never ...been in a situation where a lawyer was necessary and she put me at ease within 5 minutes of meeting her. She was always quick to respond and always kept me in the know. Very professional and very kind. I highly recommend her.

Excellent Lawyer

I have known Judi for over 10 years now and have called upon her to assist my employers on numerous occassions. Judi is extremely knowledgeable, tells you like it is, makes you consider all possible actions and then soundly advises you as to what she recommends given the specific situation. I wil...l use Judi again and will continue to rely upon her expertise, knowledge and professionalism to guide us in sensitive employment and legal HR issues.
