Outcome: Dismissed

Description: I represented a client in 2011 and he was indicted in Suffolk Superior in Aprill of 2011 for Arson. After receiving the discovery from the Commonwealth I drafted a motion to dismiss and memoradum of law detailing why the case should be dismissed. After oral arguements were completed the Judge agreed with my rationale and dismissed the case.
