Fortunately, I read about this lawyer online. His mixed reviews were troublesome. I asked him about disappointed clients. He said that he respected all clients who take the time to put words to paper, even those who were not pleased with his work. He told me that over the years he his law firm repres...ented tens of thousands of clients, and that I'm every case he found that one of the 2 parties lose in each case. Losing is unsettling but Attorney Rainer told me that if you haven't lost a trial, then you haven't tried a case and that all lawyers disappoint clients. In today's world it's in vogue to express your displeasure, much more so than to share your good tidings. My experience wasn't what I hoped for financially. I hoped to win more money than I did. But one thing is for sure, Attorney Rainer did his best and was extremely kind and gentlemanly. No boasting, no obnoxious lawyer tactics. I'll take that any day and should I ever need a lawyer again. My choice will be Attorney Rainer.

My husband was in an auto accident in April 2008...He hired Atty Rainer in May, 2008..... this was the 'first; & 'last' time he would be in the firm's office in the next 40 months-after initially filling out paperwork with the 'office personnel'. On many occasions...when Mark was confused--had ques...tions--he attempted to call Atty Rainer to speak directly to HIS laywer; but was told 'it was not possible' and was re-directed to the 'woman' office manager....whom I later learned-- (according to Rainer-Injury team website) handles aprox. 200 cases at one time and it is basically up to HER discretion-as to the importance of individual cases !!! We have learned the hard way that not ALL of Rainer's clients are handled as equal clients. My husband committed suicide in Aug 2011--with his case still open-- I am now the Representative/Client of My husbands lawsuit. and his Case has been passed along to a 'helping' lawfirm to help with his caseload. If he had only taken 45 mins to meet his client, in 40 months-172 weeks ! My husbands' auto accident was only the beginning of his anquish and despair. These are the facts and every word I share can be supported with documentation. I feel responsible to my husband as i 'sought out' and found 'Rainer & Rainer--the Injury Team'...on the internet. In retrospect - maybe a local private lawyer would have been a better choice...at least we would have met with The Laywer IN PERSON more than once during such a long period of time... and we would have been 'guided'-- .'felt protected' or at the very least-- had some sort of communication or structure with the case !?
