She is extremely knowledgable on U-visa and VAWA related immigration laws. She is also extremely pleasant. She will guide you every step of the way as your immigration case progresses and inform you about your rights and what the law states. She is also extremely sweet and her willingness to assist you during the process is important. Beyond U-Visa and VAWA, she is knowledgeable on all areas of immigration law. I used her service for the U-visa and green card process and everything was done in a timely fashion. Now, I have the green card. Let Jane represent you. She is awesome!

She also helped my Mom get a Visa that my mom can come to the USA, I am appriciate for her help. She is the best lawyer.
I recently worked with Jane Chiang Esq. on a immigration/naturalization case. I found her to be immensely knowledgeable about the law on immigration. She provided me with sound legal advice and I was particularly impressed by her attention to detail. She also accompanied me to the naturalization interview and represented me accurately and professionally. She held me to task on action items and provided great help in collecting and packaging all the documentation that I needed. I felt confident and assured working with her.
I was recommended to Attorney Jane Chiang by the Irish Immigration Center in Boston, MA. I urgently needed help to file an application to adjust my status so I could visit my sister who was living in Southern California and before she died from cancer in March 2011.
During that difficult time period, I considered myself fortunate not only to meet with Attorney Jane Chiang ; but also appreciated her compassion and her assistance. She had put in a Request of Expedite for my case. I finally had a chance to visit and said
good-bye to my dying sister the past few months ago.
Attorney Jane Chiang is a very professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and compassionate person. She found time to respond to my e-mail messages even when she was travelling overseas.
I am still thankful for her assistance and for expediting on my case. I would highly recommend her to anyone and all my friends.
My husband and I retained Ms. Chiang twice to handle our immigration problems. My husband's case was the first to be dealt with. We were desperate as my husband's political asylum was not renewed and he was facing being sent back to South America. Several lawyers, laymen and naysayers who heard our dilemma said we had no chance of my husband being granted an opportunity to remain where here where we had built a new life. A trusted lawyer recommended Jane Chiang because Ms. Chiang would be able to dedicate the amount of time, attention and court appearances necessary for a complicated case such as ours. We needed the thoroughness, attention to detail, competence and tenacity of the best of lawyers yet we could hardly afford it. Ms. Chiang took on our case and fought tooth and nail to save our family from being separated. Never once did she show the resignation or hopelessness others did. rather, she stove tirelessly to win a case others would not touch. The Judge himself said that on the face of it ours was not the kind of situation that usually merits the granting of residency, but based on the arguments and appeals made on our behalf, he was compelled to show us leniency. We were extremely grateful and did not hesitate to retain Ms. Chiang again to handle my own immigration case. I can say with the utmost confidence that I highly recommend Ms. Chiang should one find oneself in need of a tireless advocate. Rest assured that you could hardly find a better person in whom to place your confidence and precious resources.

I met the soft-spoken, professional, reassuring, Attorney Jane Chiang, after a nervous encounter with ICE and some two years hoping my file will be done with. I had suddenly been put on deportation. My family and I were traumatized we would lose each other. At the time I met her I was re-living through the mistrust and fear I had built several years back in my home-country. Jane and her partners at Sedna Law reassured me, calmed my fears as she personally walked me through the immigration journey that eventually re-united me with my family. Jane understands the values of family and how they affect the individual; she is empathetic, sympathizes with and rebuilds hope for the hopeless while maintaining a professional approach. The success of her client is primordial to her. Way after I received my green card she has always been ready to support and advise me through integration obstacles I have encountered at one point or another.
I would recommend anyone with an immigration problem to reach her first for advice and follow up whenever the need is felt.
