Attorney Nicastro and her legal staff represented me and my company (I am an electrical contractor) against a builder that specialized in using tradesmen to get work done, while lying about when they would pay you.
Attorney Nicastro amazed me in the depth of research that she and her staff did in order to find other trades men and home owners who were wronged by this builder. I felt like I had a power house firm from downtown Boston representing me! However, she operates a small office in Roslindale that could pass as a quaint apartment. No frills, just gutsy legal work, and years of experience. I received 'cadillac' service at a 'chevy' price.
As far as I am concerned, if you want the best at an affordable price, forget the downtown firms, go to 62 Ainsworth Street in Roslindale. You'd be a darn fool not to.

Ms. Nicastro is an all-around seasoned attorney who never fails to inspire. I recently had the pleasure of having Ms. Nicastro oversee a matter involving a contractual issue which I had brought to her office. She performed excellently and with a great amount of heart and understanding. Additionally, I have had the pleasure of seeing her in action in the courtroom as well during years as a police officer. At all times, Attorney Nicastro has shown herself to be the consumate seasoned professional that she is. One would certainly be in good hands to be represented by her.
