Outcome: Court naturalized the Plaintiff

Description: United States Citizenship and Naturalization Service refused for several years to process the Plaintiff's application for United States citizenship. Consequently, he filed an action in the United States District Court for the Cout to naturalize him. Over objection of the US Attorney's office, the Court found the Plaintiff to qualify for US citizenship. It naturalized him in at a very moving ceremony.
