Biography
Over my career I have advised and represented insurers in a wide range of coverage and defense matters, and focus my practice on complex subrogation recovery, construction litigation, product liability, and premises liability. I have also handled pre-suit investigations of Fraud/SIU matters, including property, automobile, and business claims, breach of contract and bad faith causes of action, and suits arising out of material misrepresentations in applications for insurance. Representative matters have involved significant losses arising from catastrophic events such as fires, floods, explosions, collapse events, chemical misapplications, construction defects, and various machinery, equipment, and infrastructure breakdowns. I have also represented a broad range of clients in condominium law, and in commercial disputes and personal matters, ranging from the basic dissolution of mechanic's liens to intricate personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death matters.
