Commonwealth v. Mr. M

Outcome: DISMISSED

Description: Mr. M. Came to me with four different criminal cases pending in three different district courts. The first two cases were receiving stolen property and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous weapon both in Taunton District Court. The next case was Possession of a Class D Substance with Intent to Distribute in Plymouth District Court. The fourth case was Carrying a dangerous weapon and Affray in Attleboro District Court. Rather than enter into plea bargaining, the result of which would have left my client with a criminal record containing felony convictions, I fought each case until the end and won dismissals on each and every charge, the last of which taking place today, September 23, 2009.
