Review William Driscoll

About Me

My law practice is focused on civil appeals to the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. I handle interlocutory appeals, single justice petitions, final judgment appeals, and matters seeking further appellate relief.

I also offer litigation consulting services for those attorneys seeking appellate-level case analysis, research, writing, editing, or trial support. In doing so I provide "the appellate perspective." After all, the best place to win an appeal is in the trial court.
