What will happen if I received a final termination letter of immigrant visa application while I’m already a green card holder??
My husband and I applied for immigrant petition visa for me while I’m legally working in CNMI year 2019. During that time my husband is a green card holder. In 2022 my husband became a US citizen and filed a petition for green card for me. By 2024 I received my approved green card petition. In my negligence to responded to my immigrant visa application I am worried that it may cause a problem on the future. Please I need advice on this issue. Thank you.
