What to do when the property I am purchasing still in escrow is going to auction for foreclosed?
The property is foreclosed and scheduled for an auction even though it is still in escrow. The reason we can’t close escrow because we can’t buy title insurance due to the complaint letters from the seller’s sister. She claims that her brother used stolen money from their family company to purchase and maintain the property. Should I continue to purchase the property through the auction?
