What should I do?Fight it or not?
I was pulled over after failure to yield pulling out of a convenient store 10:30 am also the officer told me I was doing 4 miles over the speed limit in a construction zone in which no one was working, only cones and no signs and no brake lights on trailer I was pulling. Then she had me take glasses off and gave me a field sobriety test 3 times then cuffed me and arrested me then taken to sub station took my blood then breath alizer then whispered to me I better not fight it cuz she won't be nice if she has to go to court.towed my truck and trailer then gave me ride to my job site.Just recieved in the mail my license is suspended come 12/31/25 till 03/31/25.i havnt recieved any written tickets or sent home with anything more than my tow copies and blood work copy.Yes I was dirty but not from that day I was pulled over..Not sure how to go with this last time in trouble 2012.
What should I do? Fight it or not? I think you always fight, might turn out better, or not. You will know you did all you could.
