Visa stamping
I'm on derivative pending I-485 status working on GC EAD(valid 2031) and I have AP(valid until 2029).I have counsulor process H1B approved 2023 for my self with validity until sep 30, 2026.If I travel india on derivative I-485 and get stamped for H1B and reenter in to the USA on H1B.does my I-495 will be abonded or still derivative I-485 is valid ? My husband is filing for bifurcation, so would like to take a call.derivative GC priority date october 2014. Much appricated help here.Many Thanks
Generally, the H1 may travel to India on derivative I-485 and get stamped for H1B and reenter into the USA on H1B to the same H1B employer and not abandon their I-485.
