My Wife and our 7 year old son took a trip together to the Caribbean almost 4 years ago, she had an idea to start a business there which I supported, We rented an apartment with the idea that she would hire a help and fly back and forth every couple of months.After months of me staying there it was time that I got back home to my business in the US. she dedicad to stay to keep working on her business and my son also stayed. As time went by she kept making excuses why she did want to come back to the US, I had to fly out to see my son every couple of months,.A year ago I told it's time to get back after almost 4 years, We made a plan for her and my son to come back in the summer, As time went by she made no effort to come back and sent me a text that she is not coming back. I've decided to get a divorce due to abandonment and will be seeking Custody of my son so he can go to school. I'm a US citizen and so is my son, my wife is not and after so much time as a green card they consider it abandonment and may be banned from coming to the US. I live in PA, we don't own anything together. I would like to file as soon as I can.
