I did not file concurrently because i entered on a J1 visa and was subject to the 2 year rule. I got the wavier for the 2 year rule. So i had filed my i130 while the wavier was being process.
Generally, with an I130 approved based on marriage USC. We would still provide evidence when submitting the i485 of the continuing relationship.

Yes, you still need to include marital evidence with your I-485 filing, even though your I-130 was already approved.
USCIS treats the I-485 as a separate adjudication, and they expect updated proof that the marriage is ongoing, real, and continuing at the time of adjustment.
Your J-1 waiver and the timing of your filings do not change this requirement.

You generally don’t need to submit again bona fide marriage evidence with the I-485 because that proof belongs to the I-130 stage, and your I-130 was already approved. The I-485 is about your eligibility to adjust status.
That said, officers may ask few questions about the marriage at the interview if it is not waived.
