Which I know if they do drop me I’m most likely gonna have to re due the entire program again which is so sad & so unfair HELP Pls
Wow. You're in a Masters Degree program? I would suggest that they should drop you back to 11th grade so you can improve your writing skills. Spelling, punctuation, grammar -- these would all be very helpful.
As for getting dropped from the program, it all just depends on what the school's attendance policy says. The school CAN do whatever its policy says it will do. I suggest you review the attendance policy carefully and see how it applies. At the very worst, perhaps you can take some kind of leave of absence and finish your program next semester.
To answer your exact question, as long as the school is following its published attendance policy, you have no legal cause of action. If they are violating their own policy, you should start by appealing to someone within the school and then, if necessary, you could speak with an attorney about an outside lawsuit.
Be aware that this response does not create an attorney/client relationship. I live and work in Massachusetts and may or may not know the local laws where you live. I hope people find my responses not only helpful but somewhat entertaining as well. If you rely on this as legal advice, remember the old saying, "You get what you pay for."
