I have an active bench warrant for failure to appear.
I have an active warrant that set on 5/29/2012.
It was for an arrest on 1/7/2011. I have a failure to appear for sentencing. What should I do?
I agree with the previous answer, you should seek Counsel to try to get rid of the warrant; however, given how old the case is, the motion may not be granted, and you will need to turn yourself in.

Consult a local criminal defense lawyer and discuss your circumstances from 2011, criminal case facts and other relevant details. Your lawyer can quash the warrant or advise you accordingly to surrender voluntarily to book and be released for a new sentencing date. https://www.avvo.com/find-a-lawyer
