How to reopen my brother case?
I have a recorder of one of the victim talking about the case that my brother was found guilty of. That this victim actually talking about the incident that would or could have the case reopen. The victim actually played apart in crime that my brother should have not been charged with.
It's a long-winded name, but a "petition for a writ of actual innocence based on non-biological evidence" is perhaps what your brother's situation calls for. Not being aware of your brother's case details or the details of this victim's new statements (which I don't recommend that you share here), I can't give you much in the way of specifics. Perhaps consultation with a lawyer in your area who has experience handling these sorts of writs would be the first step.
