I get arrested for 243(e)(1) I was the one who call the cops because at discussion with my wife and I ended be arrrested because she said I push her a bit but nothing else I was just trying to calm her because she was mad I never push her intentionally she didn’t no press chargers on me and she don’t want to either because were together with 5 kids I bail out but I have court in January I have a inmigracion visa u case and I was trying to re opened a cancellation or removal for a case in 2018 I just want this to get dismissed or get something tht dnt affect me on my immigration case wat would be the best way to do it ?
