I havent been to prison dont have a strike but i have a felony

Penal Code §422, criminal threats, carries up to three years in state prison. It is also a strike under the Three Strikes Law.
If you've been to prison, you could get an additional year for every prior prison term where you didn't remain free of custody for five continuous years after release.
