Question

Did it investigator break the law if after I filed a verbal complaint on him he calls me and tells me he's going to lock my ass

Me and my wife at the time were separated and I had observed a gentleman in a gray Ford probe after dark at her home on her front porch kiss her as he began to leave little did I know that it was an investigator with the local City Police department 3 days later that same investigator with the city serves me with a restraining order at my home tells me several times when I asked did I have to leave the residence he advised me no I did not because she had left the resident 60 days prior he came back and arrested me for being there the next day I advised his boss what I had saw and then he calls me the next day and tells me if I called his boss again he's going to lock my ass up also the city investigator who served me the restraining order and the paperwork a county deputy filed saying he solemnly swears that he served me the restraining order and he did not it was actually given to the investigator in the city from what I understand that not supposed to serve restraining orders but the county deputy says he served me and he has never served me and when served never was I told to leave the residence was told I did not have to, two days later he arrested me for being at the residence
