Can I sue a hair salon for compensation of hair loss?
I went to a salon and asked if I could have my hair colored. After my hair was colored he went and permed my hair. As a result my hair has been coming out in clumps every time I comb it. I did not receive any instructions for maintenance. And I am experiencing extreme hair loss.
Yes; but connecting the hair loss to the procedure will be very difficult. Take photographs, save records and receipts, see a physician, and contact experienced and qualifed legal counsel.

You would have to prove that the hair loss was caused by someting the salon did. Unless your hair loss is permanent, most lawyers will not take the case because it won't be worth the time and money it takes to pursue a lawsuit.

You can sue, but causation and proof may be tough. Unless your hair loss is permanent and you can somehow tie it directly to the salon...good luck finding a lawyer to take such a matter.
