Can i get my satop and sr22 and interlock and fees taken care of in lousiaina ?

So my liscense has been suspended for almost 15 years in Missouri I am told I have to get the interlock and complete satop and pay a 70 fee and have the sr22 I do not live there and have no reason to go back and its not like I can drive there how to I go about getting this taken care of
