Can I change my LAST name at 15 years old with only 1 parents consent?
I want to change my last name from my dads to my moms. I don’t think my dad would like for me to change my last name. And he’s very stubborn. Is there also a way we can change my last name without notice of the hearing to be published in a local newspaper?
