Zoltan Pinter

I have known attorney Zoltan Pinter for the past 12 years. Initially, I met Zoltan Pinter as I was the General Manager of Fresh Del Monte Produce in the Philippines (1997 to 2003), and Zoltan was the Vice President and General Counsel for Fresh Del Monte Produce at headoffices in Coral Gables, Fl...orida. While I was in the Philippines, it was my responsibility to negotiate long-term supply contracts with large Filipino growers owing a total of approximately 13,400 hectares of banano and pineapples. Due to the size and importance of these growers, negotiations would take many weeks to complete. Zoltan Pinter was of great help in assisting me with the terms, conditions and wording of the varios contracts involved in these negotiations. He and I would communicate often in order to clarify and make sure the contracts truly represented Del Monte's interest in these negotiations. Because of the great difference in local time (Manila is 12-13 hours ahead of Miami time), Zoltan would even call me on Monday morming (Manila time - Sunday night Miami time) in order for me to be able to continue or complete contract negotiations during Monday (Manila time). In addition, after I left Fresh Del Monte in December 2003, Zoltan has been handling on my behalf a dispute arising out of a condominium I purchased on the West Coast of Florida many years ago, and later sold just a few years ago. Here again, Zoltan has handled this case in an execellent manner.
