Zach Hoffman grew up in Gresham, Wisconsin and attended Gresham High School. Zach obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and majored in Applied Social Science and History & Politics. During his final semester, Zach was selected to present his Capstone Project “The History of the American Juvenile Justice System” at UW-Stout’s Research Day conference.
After Graduation, Zach moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, Zach participated in numerous organizations including: The Federalist Society, Phi Alpha Delta, Student Bar Association, Sports and Entertainment Law, and Native American Law Students Association. During the summer recess, Zach clerked at The Silvera Firm where he discovered his interest for civil litigation and love for Texas government, or lack thereof. Zach graduated from the University of Arkansas with his JD in 2018.
After passing the Texas Bar Exam, Zach joined The Silvera Firm where he practices workers’ compensation and civil litigation. Zach is a member of The State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association.
