Me and my mom had a really bad experience with this lawyer. He was dishonest and lacked integrity. He was impatient and also had a really bad attitude and threatened to hang up on my mom when she was asking questions about the case. He also knowingly withheld crucial information about the case unt...il TWO MONTHS after we paid him. This cost us a lot of delays with the closing. He was neither apologetic nor willing to provide an explanation when we asked. Please avoid at all costs!

I have been Mr. Lin's client for more than 20 years. He is a knowledgeable and responsible lawyer who I was lucky to come across 20 years ago when I bought my first real estate in New York. Later on he helped me with more real estate business and he always acts in the best of his client. I am very ...thankful about his help.

Mr. Lin is a nice person and good at small talks. His expertise in the real estate business is mediocre. Worst of all, he is terrible in keeping the deadline. We had to postpone our closing date because he could not file the papers with the bank on time. I cannot believe he was telling me that the... agreed closing date was just a goal to work with when my rate was expiring. I think he's got too much on his plate. He's always out on closing and his secretary is not very helpful when asked about important questions. Once I was told that he had a court appearance for the whole day and a few days later, I found out that he was out on a closing on that date. The list goes on and on. When something happens, Mr. Lin will find fault with his clients first. He does not work for his client's interest. During closing, I brought up some concerns on the house which I found out during my final walk through. Mr. Lin brushed it off and agreed with the seller's attorney that the seller was not responsible. It still make me furious to think about it. Do not hire him if you can find someone better.
