Xavier Romero has a wide range of background experience that has made him a versatile attorney with creative solutions. Before earning his law degrees, Mr. Romero worked in healthcare consulting, aerospace engineering, and spent a short time in the United States Marines.
Mr. Romero earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Notre Dame Law School where he concentrated on intellectual property law - with a focus on trademark law. He worked in the Notre Dame Intellectual Property Clinic and coached the Notre Dame IP Moot Court team as they won the 2020 Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition hosted by the International Trademark Association. During his J.D. years, Mr. Romero served as the Moot Court Honor Board's president and won two national championships as an oralist at Notre Dame Law School and Albany Law School.
