The downfall lawyer

One of the worst lawyers. I took him on from the beginning of my divorce case because he was in expensive. $$,$$$ and years later, I am still in court fixing the mess he made. Judge had a meeting on how to split custody and this lawyer wrote something totally different from what the judge said on the... legal papers and did not give me the paper same day to look it over after the judge signed it. The list goes on.

Terrible experience

This attorney took other calls during our meetings, in his words "I used no where near the retainer paid" and then provided a doctored bill with a balance due after I terminated the agreement 1.5 weeks later, did not advise when my last court date was. In fact, I told him when it was after discovery ...via my estranged husband. This attorney also rarely returned my calls and was very difficult to reach. I can honestly list several other issues. However, I will close with this statement, he is highly NOT recommended. I intend on filing an official complaint. My experience can be proven.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
