William Xander King

William X. King devotes his practice to protecting the rights of working people, homeowners, and small businesses. He has successfully represented clients in wage and hour class actions, complex litigation, personal injury, and first party insurance cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Daly & Black, P.C., Will was an associate in the Houston office of East Texas-based Sloan, Bagley, Hatcher & Perry, a well-respected plaintiff’s firm. As a law student at Baylor Law School, he won several advocacy competitions and was selected to join the Order of Barristers. He also began developing his professional skills early on, working for a veteran trial attorney in between classes. Upon graduation, Will had the privilege of serving as the post-graduate teaching assistant for his alma mater’s nationally renowned Practice Court program.
