Biography
Bill grew up in Rapid City and graduated from Black Hills State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
Following law school, Bill joined Meierhenry Sargent LLP in Sioux Falls. He is admitted to practice before the South Dakota Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Dakota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Bill is a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association and was recently honored as one of the "Top 40 Attorneys Under the Age of 40" by the National Trial Lawyers.
Bill and his wife, Michelle, have two children. His interests include reading, computer programming, and following the Minnesota Twins and Denver Broncos.
