I worked with Billy Bert and his assistant, Janie. I did not have a good experience. I found their support and communications lacking in their timeliness and care. They were not pay attention to detail, in a matter which required such. - For example, I told Janie twice that the phone number on my ...documents were incorrect and they still submitted the wrong phone number. They did not follow through on tasks that they said they were going to complete. When I asked about the case status, I was told that it was still pending and they would submit a request .... almost two months after it had already been approved. I was the one who had to tell them that my case was approved. I am now trying to receive my original documents so that I can proceed with a different attorney.

I had Full Refund offer from other attorney, but I chose here because of recent experiences. I believe William was a great lawyer, helping me in many ways, answering all my questions in a quick time, and making great valuable documents. I really appreciate their time and careful assessment.
