Will Thomas Jordan

Will Jordan focuses his practice on oil, gas and energy law and outside general counsel services. Will has extensive experience counseling businesses on a broad range of legal issues including, upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions, corporate governance, employment and labor matters, dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Lytle, Soulé & Felty, Will served as corporate counsel at two publicly traded oil and gas companies. Will’s unique background includes serving as lead in-house counsel in the $1 billion sale of a public company to a private equity backed group, negotiating multi-year midstream agreements, and managing a diverse litigation docket ranging from shareholder class actions to commercial disputes to personal injury matters.
