I met Mr. Wilfred C. Driscoll, Jr. at his law office in Fall River, MA in Fall of 2017 to discuss details about my divorce case. He calmly and respectfully listened to the background of this case and then offered different solutions which were applicable, and lead to getting the divorce approved and ...legalized in the Family Court of Taunton, MA. Very professionally, he explained the fees which he will charge to handle the case, from start to finish. Like many other law firms, he has a written agreement which is to be reviewed and approved by his law firm and the prospective client, prior to the initiation of the case. Mr. Driscoll even went as far as explaining the process of filing for divorce, as it applied to my case, and equipped me with all the relevant information so that I could file the case by myself. Attorney Driscoll represented me in a most serious matter. The case required a four week full day jury trial. There were several defendants in addition to myself. The Plaintiffs were looking for millions of dollars. At the conclusion of the trial my lawyer convinced the jury that no judgment shou...ld issue against me. We won. I could not be any happier.

Mr. Driscoll was referred by a dear friend. Without getting too specific on our case; (too protect the innocent) my husband could have been facing a minimum of ONE year in jail plus fines. Our family would have been ruined finacially without his income, plus the impact of being incarcirated on th...e children. Mr. Driscoll recognized our situation over the lack of properly filed paperwork on my husbands part (he failed to renew his license to carry a weapon 2 years prior). Mr. Driscoll filed the proper paperwork arranging for a Magistrate hearing first with all parties involved, this included another city's police department. He gave us our homework to prove that our family's position and gave us his direct opinion but without making any false promises. When the hearing date came he accompanied us and after 20 mins with all parties the final discission was made by the Magistrate, the decision was to dismiss our case without a continuance. The biggest impact came as we were leaving; the Magistrate stated that we had a "Great Attorney" on our side and that "Mr. Driscoll was one of the best lawyers in the area".
